1-on-1 Mind Body Sessions

With these sessions you’ll learn to transmute and recirculate your energy. When you allow yourself to work with what you feel-whether it’s tension, frustration, anxieties or even fatigue-you can turn it into something useful.

Craniosacral Shiatsu Therapy

This is a manual therapy, clothed, gentle yet dynamic and effective in regulating your nervous system. Results are generally seen immediately- chronic conditions; 3-5 sessions minimum. I have 10 years experience in mindbody therapies. Health Rebate Provider

In these weekly Yin Yoga sessions, I guide you with a direct and genuine approach-rooted in over a decade of experience and deep training in Eastern traditions. Through evidence-informed mind-body practices, I support women experiencing imbalance, dysregulation, mental load, and tension in restoring steadiness, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.

We explore practices that harmonise body, mind, and energy – weaving internal martial arts (ie. Qi Gong), breathwork and meditation.

Each session is tailored to your needs and over a short time frame, you’ll feel more present in your body, aligned with your priorities, and at ease in the flow of your life.
